Meet Aja
Aja grew up on the north side of St. Louis. She earned a degree in criminology, became a mother, and went to work in the mortgage business. Then 2008 came.
A bartending license carried her and her kids through it. She got so good at it that she started teaching it, with her own online course.
Later she sat at a desk at a small-business lender and walked women through it one by one, from the LLC to the funding. She watched one of them hold up the big check for her new laundromat.
That is when she knew this works. The Academy is how she does it for more women than one desk could hold.
Who this is for
Women who are done waiting for a seat and ready to build their own table.
